After searching for a home for 2 years and getting nowhere, my husband and I decided to switch realtors and started our home-searching journey with Jose. Within a couple weeks, we came across our dream home and closed just a few weeks later! What was impressive with Jose was the fact that our wants and needs were a priority to him and he was sincerely looking out for our best interest. With Jose, we were able to get what our previous realtor pretty much said was impossible. A totally remodeled home at a price we can afford located in a family oriented neighborhood! We negotiated what we, the buyers, wanted to pay for the property. We got the sellers to pay for the closing costs and in turn received a check at closing! We also had our attorney fee REIMBURSED at closing from JOSE!

We have now been enjoying our home for 9 months along with our 3 children and we couldn't be happier! Having a home for our family in a safe neighborhood and having a realtor with a true sense of sincerity who made it all happen was a true blessing.
